Innovating Board Games through Representation

Dominion & Defiance is a table top strategy game best played with 3 players in a 2v1 format, though it also supports 1v1 or 2v2. The game encourages collaboration and teamwork. Players build decks from historical factions, highlighting marginalized groups such as Native American tribes and West African Kingdoms. Two players, called the Alliance, must work together to defeat a powerful Empire controlled by the third player.
